I've been the
skinny guy.
I get it.

My name is Coach Sheem. I started my fitness journey at 100 lbs. I know what it's like to feel invisible in the gym — to eat more, train harder, and still see nothing change in the mirror. That frustration is exactly why I built Size Hack.

I didn't have a coach. I didn't have a system. I figured it out the hard way so that you don't have to. Every plan I write comes from that place — real experience, real struggle, and a genuine understanding of what it takes to put on size when your body fights you every step of the way.

Now I coach men and women 1-on-1 through the same process that changed my life. Not a template. Not generic advice. A plan built specifically around you — your body, your schedule, your goals.
